Silicone rubber heat resistance is very excellent, also can work in 180℃ for a long time, a little more than 200℃ still need a few weeks or longer time elasticity, instantaneous resistance to more than 300℃ high temperature. The silicone rubber of wire and cable has good air permeability and has the highest oxygen transmission rate in the synthetic polymer. In addition, silicone rubber also has excellent physiological inert characteristics, will not cause coagulation, so in the medical field has been widely used.
