2. Construction of organic fire plug

A) organic fireproof plugging materials shall be closely embedded into the pores to be sealed during construction

B) when the cable is covered with a layer of organic fireproof material as required by design, the cable shall be evenly and compacted

C) when using clapboard and organic fireproof plugging material, the organic fireproof plugging material should be slightly higher than the clapboard, and the shape rules of the higher part of the clapboard should be required. Aluminum frame can be used for fine design

D) the reserved hole and both ends of the cable protection pipe shall be tightly sealed with organic plugging material. The depth of plugging material into the nozzle shall not be less than 50mm, and the reserved hole shall be well sealed

3, inorganic fire plug construction

A) according to the size of the hole to be sealed, the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the product manual. When the hole area is larger than 0.2m and can walk, inorganic baffle plate should be used as the reinforcement plate.

B) when laying fireproof walls with inorganic fireproof materials, they should be smooth and smooth without any edges, corners or burrs.

C) install a firewall on the cable bracket (bracket) and firmly construct it; Cable hole is reserved and drain hole is set at the bottom.

4. Fire package construction

A) make necessary arrangement of the cable before installation, and check whether the fireproof package is damaged. Do not use damaged fireproof packaging.

B) wrap a layer of organic fireproof material around the cable and insert the fireproof package into the gap smoothly. Fireproof packaging should be stacked horizontally

C) when the cable shaft is fireproof packed, a fireproof partition of the same size as the hole shall be placed at the bottom of the cable shaft hole and the fireproof package shall be packed compactly

D) when the firewall is constructed with fireproof bags, the bottom of the firewall shall be a masonry abutment

5, self-adhesive fire belt construction

Before construction, the cable shall be arranged according to the requirements of the product specification. Multiple cables with small sections are allowed to be wound into bundles and self-adhesive fire belts. The end face gap shall be sealed with organic fireproof sealing material.

6, fire retardant coating construction

Remove dust and oil on the surface of the cable before construction. Before painting, mix the coating evenly according to a certain proportion and control the appropriate consistency.
